About Our Ocean City Captains
Chasin’ Tides Charters offers Ocean City, MD fishing trips aboard a fleet of three fully equipped boats designed for everything from back-bay flounder to offshore tuna and sharks. Based on Dorchester Street in downtown Ocean City, we’re only minutes from the inlet and nearby fishing grounds. We run trips for all experience levels, from first-time anglers to seasoned fishermen, delivering local expertise, quality gear, and dependable service that make us a top choice for Ocean City fishing charters.

Capt. Chase Eberle
I am a licensed USCG 100 Ton Master, a PADI Divemaster, and I hold a current Maryland Master Guides License. Since 2010, I have operated as a captain of multiple different boats along the Delmarva Coast. I use my knowledge of the back bay waters, coastal waters, and wrecks off the coast to put you on fish and make your trip an enjoyable experience.

Capt. Nick Cayzedo
I am a licensed USCG 25 Ton Master Captain and hold a current Maryland Guides License. I have been working with Chasin’ Tides Charters since 2019. Having spent my summers fishing in Ocean City since I was young, I am knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of saltwater fishing. You are sure to have an enjoyable trip with a fun and successful captain when I am the captain of your charter.

Capt. Sean Russell
I am a licensed USCG 25 Ton Master Captain and hold a current Maryland Guides License. I have many years of experience saltwater fishing in Ocean City. I have worked for other charter businesses in town and I’ve been with Chasin’ Tides for three years. No matter what you’re hoping to catch, I know how to find and put you on the fish! With me as your captain, you’re sure to have a great trip with an experienced and personable crew.

Capt. Malakhi Lucas
I am a licensed USCG 100 Ton Master Captain, a PADI Divemaster, and I hold a current Maryland Guides License. I have multiple years of experience fishing in Ocean City, and I also serve as one of the lead Divemasters on our scuba trips. Whether we’re fishing or diving, I’ll put you on the fish or guide you to some great spots on your dive.

Capt. Jeff Eichelberger
I bring years of hands-on experience to every trip out of Ocean City. As a licensed 25-Ton Master Captain with a current Maryland Tidal Fishing Guide License, I've spent countless hours on the water working aboard a variety of head boats and charter boats throughout the area. My deep familiarity with local waters, fish patterns, and seasonal conditions allows me to provide a great experience for anglers of all skill levels.
